Specifications and performance of the MPC1000 positive voltage regulator and the MPC900 negative voltage regulator are nearly identical. For systems requiring both a positive and a negative power supply, these devices are excellent for use as complementary regulators and offer the advantage of operation with a common ground. The devices are designed to deliver load current to 10 Adc. Output current capability can be increased further through use of one or more external pass transistors. They are specified for operation over the junction temperature range (55 to +175 C).
