The 74LVT162244B is designed with 30Q series resistance in both the High and Low states of the output. This design reduces line noise in applications such as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus receivers/transmitters. This device is a 16-bit buffer and line driver featuring non-inverting 3-State bus outputs. The device can be used as four 4-bit buffers, two 8-bit buffers, or one 16-bit buffer. The 74LVT162244B is the same as the 74LVT16244B-1. The part number has been changed to reflect industry standards. 1998 Oct 07 SYMBOL PARAMETER CONDITIONS TYPICAL UNIT Tamb = 25C tPLH Propagation delay CL = 50pF; 28 ns tPHL nAx to nYx Voc =3.3V , Cin Input capacitance nOE V, = OV or 3.0V 3 pF Cout Output capacitance Outputs disabled; Vo = OV or 3.0V 9 pF locz Total supply current Outputs disabled; Voc = 3.6V 70 pA ORDERING INFORMATION PACKAGES TEMPERATURE RANGE | OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA | NORTH AMERICA DWG NUMBER 48-Pin Plastic SSOP Type III 40C to +85C 74LVT162244B DL VT162244B DL SOT370-1 48-Pin Plastic TSSOP Type II 40C to +85C 74LVT162244B DGG VT162244B DGG SOT362-1 LOGIC SYMBOL PIN DESCRIPTION PIN NUMBER SYMBOL NAME AND FUNCTION tao Nt 3A0_ ON 80 47, 46, 44, 43 1A0 - 1A3 47 2 36 13 , 46, 44, , t_ _ 41, 40, 38, 37 2A0 - 2A3, . ag ON | yt gs gg SALON ot, 36, 35, 33, 32 3A0-3A3, _ | Data Inputs c_] | 30, 29, 27, 26 4A0 - 4A3 1A2 KR 1Y2 3A2 K 3Y2 4 Le 5 88 Le 6 2,3,5,6 1Y0 - 1Y3, 1A3 13 3A3 3Y3 8,9, 11, 12 2Y0 - 2Y3, 43 > > 6 32 > > 17 13, 14, 16, 17 3Y0 - 3Y3. Stresses beyond those listed may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under recommended operating conditions is not implied. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. 2. The performance capability of a high-performance integrated circuit in conjunction with its thermal environment can create junction temperatures which are detrimental to reliability. The maximum junction temperature of this integrated circuit should not exceed 150C. 3. The input and output negative voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output clamp current ratings are observed.
