Document 149 Data Line EMI Filters - Leaded These filters are designed to virtually eliminate conducted EMI in data line applications. They provide exceptional common mode noise reduction from 5 MHz to 300 MHz while passing signal line data frequencies below 200 MHz with minimal attenuation. These low resistance filters feature excellent electrical isolation, environmental stability and low cost. Optional covers make them auto insertable. They also meet IEC 695-2-2 needle flame test requirements. There are 8, 4, 3 and 2-line versions with DC current capacity of 100 mA (DLF X000 series) or 500 mA (DLF X500 series). Coilcraft Designer's Kit D303 contains four samples of all values shown plus samples of our TTDLF/CCDLF surface mount filters. To order, contact Coilcraft or visit http://order.coilcraft.com. 1. For optional cover add "C" to part number. Not available on 3500, 4000 and 4500 parts. 2. Operating temperature range -40C to +85C. 3. Electrical specifications at 25C. 0.450 11,43 0.475 max 12,07 Typical Response* Attenuation (dB) re: 50 Ohms Current DCR Part max L / winding max Isolation 1 number Lines (mA) (H) (mOhms) (Vrms) 8 100 28 100 300 DLF 8000L 8 500 25 45 300 DLF 8500L 4 100 28 100 300 DLF 4000L DLF 4500L 4 500 24 45 300 3 100 28 100 300 DLF 3000L 3 500 24 45 300 DLF 3500L 2 100 28 100 300 DLF 2000L DLF 2500L 2 500 24 45 300 0 Differential Mode Co m DL mo F nM X5 o 00 de 10 Co m DL mon F X0 Mod 00 e 20 30 0.1 1 10 100 1000 Frequency (MHz) *measured on HP 8753D network analyzer. 0.850 max 21,59 0.450 11,43 0.350 8,90 0.350 8,90 8 line 4 line 3 line 2 line 0.125 0.020 3,18 0,51 0.0315 dia 0,800 0.430 10,9 0.650 16,51 0.110 0.010 2,79 0,25 3 line 0.430 10,9 2 line 8 line 0.300 7,62 0.455 11,56 Pin 1 0.100 2,54 0.700 ref 17,78 0.858 21,79 0.0315 dia 0,80 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 8 7 6 5 6 5 4 6 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 1 3 Terminations: Tin-silver over tin Specifications subject to change without notice.
