DESCRIPTION
Thanks to highly sensitive triggering levels, the
X04 SCR series is suitable for all applications
where the available gate current is limited, such as
capacitive discharge ignitions, motor control in
kitchen aids, overvoltage crowbar protection in low
power supplies...
