Description
The IS110 and IS113 are optically coupled isolators each containing a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting
diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor (IS110) or photodarlington (IS113) sealed in a precast opaque
epoxy housing.
All electrical parameters are 100% tested.
Specifications are guaranteed to a cumulative 0.65% AQL.
