The ESOT3.3LCC, a high frequency, transient suppression protector of wireless telecommunicaons applicaons for
portable devices. This device is packaged in a SOT-23 plasc case and is available in a 3.3 volt, bidireconal congura-
on.
Due to its low capacitance, the ESOT3.3LCC is ideal protecon of Ethernet or USB port interfaces against the eects of
electrostac discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). This device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-2
and IEC 61000-4-4.
