5.1. Load connectors qty as 4 all oriented same way into tray.
将产品放入TRAY中。
5.2. Place another tray onto previous tray with products.and ensure the two trays are justification completely.
盖上另一个装满产品的TRAY，保证上下两个TRAY完全对齐。
5.3. Stack 5 trays with connectors one by one & place an empty tray on the top as lid & wrap 6 stacked trays with tape.
将装好产品的5个 TRAY 堆成一叠，最后在上面放一个空TRAY作盖子,将堆成一叠的6个TRAY用胶带固定。

5.4. Set up an inner box.
折叠好一个内盒。
5.5. Place a cushion on bottom of inner box, and ensure under edge of tray don't pin cushion.
在内盒的底部放一块海绵，保证 TRAY 的下部边缘不压住海绵。
注：其中2040537-1/11;2069496-1;1871283-1;1871295-1不用在内盒底部放海绵块。
5.6. Place 6pcs stack trays into the inner box and place 1 cushion on top of tray.
将堆成一叠的6个 TRAY 放入内盒中并在TRAY的上面放一块海绵。
注：其中2040537-1/11;2069496-1;1871283-1;1871295-1;1871739-1/3;2040231-1不用在产品的上面放海绵块。

5.7. Close cover of the inner box, place tape on the middle of three sides.
合上盖子，并在内盒三边的中间(除连接边外)各贴上一条大胶带。
5.8. Place an inner label on the middle of cover of box.
在盒盖的中间贴上内标签。
5.9. Set up shipping box.and secure bottom flaps with tape.
折叠好一个外箱，并用胶带封好箱底。
5.10. Place partition into shipping box after folding brim along crease.
沿着折痕将纸插卡的边缘折好后放入外箱中。
5.11. Wrap 2 inner boxes with two piece of air cap & into the partition.
用二块气泡垫(912084-7/8)将内盒十字交叉地裹住并放入纸插卡内。
5.12. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label in "product id" marked on box.
用胶带封箱，在箱外印有“PRODUCT ID”标识处贴上外标签。
