With a typical quiescent current of less than 10 A, they are positioned as the high-side switches of choice for battery-powered systems. Their built-in safety features protect both the device and the application. COMPACT DESIGN As miniPROFETs require less components than discrete solutions, they enable more compact, robust application design. This reduces board space and costs. The tightly integrated design also reduces wiring and connector requirements.
