Capacitance Tolerance: ±20% at 120Hz, 20°C
Leakage Current (Max.) (20°C): I = 0.01CV or 3µA whichever is greater.
(After Rated Voltage Applied for 2 Minutes)
CV ≤ 1000: I = 0.1CV+40µA (max.), CV > 1000: I = 0.04CV+100µA (max.) (After 1 minute)
