Description
The SGSD100 is an epitaxial-base NPN power
transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration
mounted in TO-247 plastic package. It is inteded
for use in general purpose and high current
amplifier applications. The complementary PNP
type is the SGSD200.

second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in compliance
with JEDEC Standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering conditions are also
