ASOC®Dual-wavelength
Single-fibre Bi-directional
WDM Optical Transceivers
Bookham Technology offers a range of ASOC optical
transceivers that are designed for single-fibre networks,
for use in exposed locations such as street cabinets.
This product summary describes transceivers that are
suitable for point-to-point applications, including SDH
and PDH.
A low-noise AGC transimpedance amplifier and
decoupling capacitors are integrated into the package to
increase the sensitivity of the receiver. The differential
receiver outputs can be connected directly to a low-pass
filter and limiting amplifier.
