No insulation-supporting material is used, and this secures the insulating distance. While optimizing materials, TDK has further improved its proprietary core shape to develop a new-type ECO core. TDK has downsized the product considerably in order to securing the necessary creepage distance. MANUFACTURING METHOD Since the ECO Series supports automatic winding, the product is of a high quality and can be manufactured stably. It is designed to support automatic winding, which enables a remarkable reduction in the loss generated to achieve a proficient in manual winding until stable production.
