[1] Product may be compressed in package. Thickness is
manufactured loft before packaging.
[2] All tests 7 days @ 72° F, unless otherwise noted.
[3] Excellent – Slight effect on product, less than 1% weight
loss.
Good – Product stiffens or discolors slightly, less than 3%
weight loss.
Poor – Product becomes unsuitable for use. 3M™ Safety-
Walk™ Matting 1500 should not be used where it will
regularly contact these chemicals.

6.0 Packaging and Marking Packaging: One per carton.
Marking: Each carton shall be marked with product name, size, color,
and manufacturer’s trade name.
7.0 Cleaning Routine Maintenance:
For Dry Areas:
1. Shake dirt from mat and remove from service area.
2. Sweep and remove dirt from service area.
3. If needed, mop or flush service area.
4. If needed, flush both sides of the mat with warm water to remove
remaining dirt.
5. Allow mat to dry flat before placing mat back into service.
For Wet Areas:
Flush both sides of mat daily with warm water.
Periodic Maintenance:
1. Remove mat from service area if needed (no drainage in area).
2. Mop mat(s) on both sides with a disinfectant cleaner and let stand
for ten (10) minutes.
3. Flush mat with warm water.
4. Allow mat to dry flat before placing back into service.
