The ABA3101 is a monolithic IC intended for use in
applications requiring high linearity, such as Cellular
TelephoneBaseStationDriverAmpliers,CATVFiber
ReceiverandDistributionAmpliers,CATVDropAm-
pliers,CATVSetTopBoxes,andHomeGateways.
Offered in a modied 16 lead surface mount SOIC
package with a heat slug, it is well suited for use
in ampliers where small size, reduced component
count, and high reliability are important.
