The device types contained in this data sheet represent the most popular industry standard packages with ratings available up to.1,000 volts (PRV) and output current up to 35 amperes. These bridge rectifiers find use in countless applica- tions such as power supplies, industrial controls, DC drives, etc. CSdc is a manufacturer of bridge rectifiers, high voltage devices, multipliers, and custom rectifier assemblies. The reader is encouraged to contact the factory regarding the products detailed herein, as well as for any other power rectification requirements. PERFORMANCE FEATURES The heart of CSdc medium power bridge rectifiers is the glass passivated diode cell. With a layer of glass deposited on all diode junction surfaces, performance, quality and long term reliability are assured. Internal and external ther- mal design considerations have been incorporated into these products which results in ample current capacity - for the various integral piece parts, such as terminals, chips, etc., with all materials being matched thermally to further optimize reliable operation. Other features of CSdc medium power bridge rectifiers include: Interchangeability with time proven/industry accepted packaging * Stable performance characteristics due to the incorporation of glassivated power diode chips and high integrity solder interfaces * Electrically isolated active components and terminals with a maximum high-pot test voltage of 2500 volts RMS * Wide operational/storage temperature ratings: 55C to 150C * Avalanche types available * High-rel conditioning/processing available for military/ aerospace applications * Competitive prices-short lead times 28 DE 2323489 ooooor a 743.07 QUALITY CONTROL The assurance of receiving quality components is dependent oy many factors. At CSdc, quality control begins with the highesi~-# quality raw material incorporated into a highly efficient manufac- turing process. Inspection occurs at every step of fabrication, and every device is individually tested on state-of-the-art equip- ment. Concurrent with this testing, all manufactured product lots are subjected to stringent quality control submission sample testing. In addition, all production lots are fully trace- able with periodic samples taken to generate corroborative parameter data. In short, our concept of total quality control insures not only a reliable product, but a reliable flow of finished devices so necessary to insure prompt delivery. SPECIAL SERVICES For the high volume user, CSdc offers its customers a variety of special design services, ranging from custom device branding to customer special specification requirements. The user is asked to contact the factory to discuss these special requirements, which are usually available at little or no additional charge. Regarding military, aerospace, or high-rel industrials, CSdc offers services ranging from selective parameter and environmental testing, up to full military conditioning with dynamic burn-in. In most cases, CSde can provide testing and conditioning to the most stringent customer specifications QQ MECHANICAL DATA/OUTLINE DIMENSIONS In INCHES (MILLIMETERS) OUTLINE ONE 3, 6, & 10 AMPERE OUTLINE TWO 15, 25, & 35 AMPERE g NOTES NOTES 1) Polarity is identified with positive output terminals as noted. 1 14 dc300/3amp Series marked on All other markings are on sides of device. t >t boltam side only g 2) *De-notes Case Temperature Measurement Point 20 oO {<0 2 de600/6amp & do100/1 damp Series I A EDe mo have positive output terminal ~~ 9o Qa so noted.
