Utilizing proven expertise in thick and thin film resistors to
satisfy your manufacturing needs, VISHAY provides a high
rel chip with the same reliability and stability found in military
grade resistors. These chips are available in the widest range
of sizes, values, and performance characteristics. High value,
high stability chips are available up to 200M ohm; consult
factory.

Example: M0505K1003JBT is a thick film cermet wraparound chip resistor, 50 mil square, with a TCR of ±100 ppm/°C, a
value of 100K ohms, ±5% tolerance and solder coated nickel barrier terminations, on tape and reel packaging.
