Anschluss-Boxen installieren
Verwenden Sie die beiliegende Produktinformation der Anschluss
-Box.
1.
Montieren Sie die Anschluss-Box.
2.
Stellen Sie eine eindeutige Box-ID ein.
3.
Schließen Sie den Schutzleiter an.
4.
Wenn Sie ein fest verdrahtetes F-System installieren, verbinden Sie die Leitungen für den NOT-Halt/Stopp-
Taster und Zustimmtaster
mit Ihrem Auswertegerät.
5.
Verbinden Sie die Anschluss-Box mit PROFINET (LAN).
6.
Schließen Sie die Leitungen für die Stromversorgung an.

2.
Verbinden Sie die
Steckverbinder des
Anschlusskabels mit
den Schnittstellen X1

Nm
Mobile Panel anschließen
Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 bis 3 für jede Anschluss-Box, die Sie mit dem fehlersicheren Bediengerät betreiben.
Projekt transferieren

Parametrieren Sie vor dem Projekt
-Transfer die PROFIsafe-Adresse des Bediengeräts im Control Panel. Die PROFIsafe-Adresse im Control Panel muss mit der PROFIsafe-Adresse des
Bediengeräts im Projekt übereinstimmen.
1. Verbinden Sie den Projektierungs-PC mit dem LAN.
2. Verfahren Sie zum Transferieren des Projekts entsprechend der Beschreibung in der Betriebsanleitung „Mobile Panels 2nd Generation“ oder in der Online-Hilfe von WinCC (TIA Portal).

Installing connection boxes
Use the product information provided for the connection box.
1.
Mount the connection box.
2.
Set a unique box ID.
3.
Connect the protective conductor.
4.
If you are installing a hard-wired F-system, connect the cables for the EMERGENCY STOP button and acknowledgment button with
your processing unit.
5.
Connect the connection box with PROFINET (LAN).
6.
Connect the cables for the power supply.
Connecting the connecting cable to the Mobile Panel

Insert a
SIMATIC HMI
memory card
if required.
2.
Connect the
connector of the
cable to the X1 and
X80 interfaces in
the connection
compartment.
3.
Close the
connection
compartment.
The maximum
permissible
torque is 0.2 Nm.
