PSD One-dimensional PSD S9155 Small, thin plastic package, long and narrow active area S9155 is a one-dimensional PSD (Position Sensitive Detector) encapsulated in a small, thin plastic package. Even having a long and narrow active area (5.7 mm in resistance length and 1.0 mm in width), S9155 takes up only about 1/5 of the PC board mount space required by the conventional type.
