The SP101-3012 is applicable to 12V DC, 10V DC signal lines and RS485 networks. The SP101-3024 is applicable to 4-20mA loops, level and differential pressure transmitters, RS232 and 24V DC power ports. The SP101 incorporates multi-stage suppression design and helps protect three signal/data lines. They use hybrid technology with silicon avalanche technology for fast response and gas arrestor tubes for high current capacity. SP101 modules are housed in a convenient threaded 1/2 inch NPT stainless steel housing. The housing is threaded at both ends and the unit is hermetically sealed.
