The MOS6020 features exceptionally low DC resistance and excellent current handling and has an extremely space-efficient 6 x 6 mm footprint. The new MSS Series provides high inductance and high efficiency in a low profile, low cost part. The SPT Series is designed for exceptionally high current handling.
