supply impedance to be ≤0.1Ω/V.
Determine after storage without applied voltage
at 65±2ºC and 90-95% relative humidity for 500
hours and then recovery 1-2 hours at room
temperature.
Determine after leaving for 1000 hours at 85±2ºC,
85% relative humidity and rated voltage and then
recovery 1-2 hours at room temperature.
Test temperature: 125ºC+3/0ºC
Test voltage: Category voltage at 125ºC
Surge voltage: 1.3 x category at 125ºC
