diese Produkte langsam (< 1V/µs) schalten.

of the second generation (see Table). So
thes e "commodity" products are also a

becomes true. Due to our new S-Smart
technology, it is possible for the first time
to realiz e a fully protected 50 mΩ switch
in SOT-223 package.
New is also the D-Pak Package for
