Axial Leaded – 400W > P4KE series
TVS components are ideal for the protection of I/O
interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used
in telecom, computer, industrial ICT equipment and
consumer electronic applications.
Applications
Features
The P4KE Series is designed specifically to protect
sensitive electronic equipment from EFTs, ESD, and
induced lightning transients.
