Engineering Specification
Crimp-type terminals shall, electrically and mechnically,
connect to a pre-stripped end of a stranded copper wire
and hav e a flat tongue portion with a central opening for
mounting around a scre w or stud.

The non-insulated, butted seam high-temperature standard
fork terminal shall be nickel-plated, annealed steel, with
the tongue having a specif ied stud slot (size 10) and with a
0.250˝ long butted seam barrel ha ving a beveled I.D. for
ease of stranded wire entry, sized for a specified (AWG)
wire range (22-18, 16-14).
