The modular HP 34970A combines the performance of a data acquisition system with the
simplicity of a data logger Ñ at a per-channel price that is within your budget.
With the HP 34970A, you can choose the solution for your unique needs. From two
channels to 120, just choose the modules you need to configure the HP 34970A as a data
logger, a data acquisition system or a switch box. If your measurement needs change,
reconfiguring the system is as easy as swapping modules in and out in one of the
mainframeÕs three slots. Three module slots and a choice of eight switch/control modules
allow you to customize the HP 34970A to meet your unique requirements.
Use HP BenchLink software to configure tests, transfer data, perform real-time analysis and
archive results.

A low-cost, high-quality switch system. Configure it without the internal digital multimeter,
and the HP 34970A is a low-cost, high-quality switch system for automated testing with up
to 120 single-ended channels or 96 matrix cross-points per frame.
Choose from low-frequency and RF multiplexers, matrix and general purpose (form C) switching.
You also get digital input/output, analog output and event counting all in a single module.
