Description
The 3A625 is a low profile balanced to unbalanced transfor mer in an
easy to use surface mount package covering W-LAN and MMDS
push-pull amplifier applications. The 3A625 has an unbalanced
impedance of 50Ωand balanced por t impedances of 25Ωto ground
with 50Ωbalance between outputs. This eases the matching of the
push-pull amplifier’s power transistors which have low impedance
le vels. The output ports have equal amplitude (-3dB) with 180ophase
differential.
