The DLZ Series of silicon transient voltage suppressors (TVS) are available in a ceramic, hermecally sealed dual-in-line
package. This series is designed to protect aerospace, standard TTL and MOS bus lines in applicaons where NEMP,
ESD and other induced voltage surges can damage or upset voltage sensive circuitry.
The DLZ Series has a peak pulse power rang of 1,300 Was for an 8/20µs waveshape. This devices meets the IEC
61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.
Compable with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): Air - 15kV, Contact - 8kV
Compable with IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT): 40A - 5/50ns
Compable with IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge): 24A, 8/20µs - Level 2(Line-
