TIP & RING CAPACITORS NOVACAP offers a line of low ESR surface mount capacitors ideally suited for "Tip & Ring" applications. These units are designed with 250 VDC rating to withstand the 52 VDC bias and 150 VRMS signal during ring cadence. Chips are offered in X7R dielectric from 0.39F to 1.00F in sizes 1812, 1825 and 2225. Product is also available in Z5U and Y5V dielectric from 0.47F to 1.30F for other ring detection circuits.
