Selecting your LED Power Supply
Selecting the correct LED power supply is a critical step in Luminaire design. By choosing LED power supplies from Excelsys,
you ensure you are using the industry leading LED drivers in terms of efficiency, reliability and size. All our LED power supplies
are IP67 rated (waterproof) making them ideal for outdoor as well as indoor applications.

Dimming Implementation on Excelsys LED power Supplies
The dimming function permits the current driving the LED to be adjusted over a wide range (typically 10-100%) allowing the user
to control light levels accurately. This can usually be implemented using 1-10V voltage control, Potentiomeneter (resistor control)
or by PWM. The most common implementation is voltage control dimming and an example of how this is implemented on the
LXD75 is shown below. 10-100% current control is achieved by applying the appropriate dimming control voltage to to the LXD75.
Similarly, below is an example of Potentiomener/resistor control for the LXD75 series allowing current control from 10-100%
