Metal and Comfort Grip

Micrometer adjustable “click” torque wrenches

are easy to operate, and have many industrial,

automotive, and aircraft uses. From 10 in. lbs.

to 2000 ft. lbs., CDI offers a wide selection of

torque wrenches to fit your needs. All

wrenches have easy-to-read precision laser

marked scales. Both models feature dual

scales, in English or Newton Meter units. All

of CDI’s click torque wrenches are calibrated

for use in both directions. To set the desired

torque, simply pull down the lock ring and turn

the handle to the desired torque setting. Once

set, the positive locking device locks in the

torque setting. When the desired torque is

reached,an impulse can be felt through the

handle along with an audible "click".

Most ratchets feature a "Quick

Release" push button that both

locks the socket in place and

makes socket changes

quick and easy.

The metal handle series offers the user a

rugged, industrial strength torque wrench

able to withstand the rigors of professional

use. Handles are lightly knurled for a tough,

non-slip grip. There are 34 models of metal

handle micrometer adjustable torque

wrenches available.

The comfort-grip handle series features an

ergonomically designed grip that is tough,

durable and comfortable to operate. While

sharing all the same rugged internal

components with the metal handle wrench,

the comfort-grip series adds a smooth

polymer grip.

The Enduro is a heavy duty torque wrench

built specifically for the tire shop industry.

But it's also perfect where ever an extra

heavy duty torque wrench is required. It's

built with rugged components throughout for

added strength and has a comfort non-slip

rubber grip that's resistant to oil and grease.

Range is from 50 - 250 ft. lbs. and it has a

1/2" square drive. Accuracy is ± 3%. Meets

or exceeds the ASME B107.14M -1994,

ISO 6789 standards.

CDI has combined a standard

interchangeable head with our proven micro-

adjustable handle to come up with an

extremely versatile torque wrench. It

combines the best of both worlds. Choose

from a large selection of interchangeable

heads including open, box, flare and even

ratchet drives. All wrenches accept the

standard “Y” shank inserts. Three models are

available with torque ranges from 75 ft. lbs.

to 250 ft. lbs. Interchangeable heads are

listed on pages 60 and 61.
