Description
The ICX412 series is a diagonal 8.93 mm (Type 1/1.8) interline
CCD solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array.
Characteristics such as sensitivity, smear, saturation signal level,
frame rate have been improved compared to the ICX252 series.
This chip is suitable for applications such as high resolution digital
still cameras, image input for multimedia system.
