installation on panels. CMI version saves space by using
rear panel jackposts to attach the connector.
Mates to Standard M83513 Connectors– GMDE
connectors meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-83513 and
feature TwistPin contacts for best performance.
Meets MIL-STD-810 Immersion– The nitrile O-ring and
a special epoxy wire sealing process allow GMDE
connectors to meet immersion requirements.

Protect Your Equipment with Ruggedized Micro-D Connectors
Tactical communications boxes must be sealed to prevent water ingress. Standard M83513 type Micro connectors can
be difcult to seal to a bulkhead. The ange is too narrow for a gasket, and sealing with RTV can be time-consuming
and messy. The Glenair GMDE connector with O-rings provide a better way to seal the connector.
