Description
The Grove - Gas Sensor(MQ2) module is useful for gas leakage detecting(in home and industry).
It can detect LPG, i-butane, methane, alcohol, Hydrogen, somke and so on. Based on its fast
response time. measurements can be taken as soon as possible. Also the sensitivity can be
adjusted by the potentiometer.
For all Grove users (especially beginners), we provide you guidance PDF documents. Please
download and read through Preface - Getting StartedandIntroduction to Grove before your
using of the product.
Note
Hot-swapping the grove may lead to IC burnout, please turn off the power of main board before
swapping grove.

Hello! i have a question, how i can get the value in ppm or %? I follow the instructions that the wiki
describe, but i have values like:R0= -0.10After i put the R0 value into the other code, and it show me this

Hello! Can I know if anyone has tried using the board for this sensor with the MQ137 Ammonia sensor?
The design is practically almost the same and the pins are similar too.

Hi! This one's the Bus Blaster, not the Bus Pirate ;) AFAIK, the Bus Blaster is currently on V2.

Hello! Can anyone tell me how I would go about heating up the sensor? I know that I need to apply power
to the sensor between 24-48 hours (based on the datasheet), my question is,do I have to apply gas (I was
planning on using a lighter for this part)

Hi there, We are not sure that MQ8 would work well with the board, but you can try. Because we didn't test the
MQ8 before.
