*PSD813FH and PSD813FN utilize MCM technology. Seven of the 12 Micro⇔CellsTM are used to control Flash memory leaving five as general
purpose. Eight of the 27 I/O are used for MCM control and Vstdby leaving 19 I/O ports.
For 16-Bit MCUs: use two PSD813F devices.
Legend:
APD = Automatic Power Down Counter.
BB = Battery Backed-up.
STD = Standard MCU Interface (Multiplexed and Non-Multiplexed Address/Data Bus MCUs).
STD-M = Multiplexed Address/Data Bus MCUs Only.
STD-N = Standard MCUs with Non-Multiplexed Address/Data Bus.
PLUS1 = Standard (STD) MCUs Plus Intel’s 80C251, Philips 80C51XA, and Mitsubishi M37702M2.
ZPSD = 5 V Zero Power PSD.
ZPSDV = 2.7 V Volt ZPSD.
Notes:
1. Contact WSI for 80C251 Support (info@wsipsd.com).
2. Standard PSDs without Zero Power features are also available.
