Temperature Package The ADGS508A switches one of 8 inputs to a common output Model! Range Option? depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. The ADGSO9A switches one of 4 differential inputs to a ADGS08AKN 40C to + 85C | N-16 common differential output depending on the state of two binary ADGS508AKR 40C to + 85C | R-16A addresses and an enable input. Both devices have TTL and 5V ADGS08AKP ~ 40C to + 85C | P-20A CMOS logic compatible digital inputs. ADGS508ABQ 40C to +85C | Q-16 . ADGS08ATQ 55C to + 125C | Q-16 The ADGS08A and ADGSO09A are designed on an enhanced ADGS08ATE 55Cto + 125C | E-20A LC?MOS process which gives an increased signal capability of Vss to Vpp and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. The devices can comfortably operate anywhere in the ADGS09AKN | 40Cto + 85C | N-16 ADGSO09AKR 40Cto + 85C | R-16A 10.8V to 16.5V single or dual supply range. The AD7245 is a complete 12-bit, voltage output DAC with output amplifier and Zener v voltage reference on a monolithic CMOS chip. The entire system operates from a single +15V power supply.
