APPLICATIONS INCLUDE:
T-flex™ 400 is a very soft, high performance freestanding gap filler that
has high compressibility. It has thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/mK as a
result of the use of high performance, proprietary boron nitride fillers in
the composition. T-flex 400 material is more compressible than most other
gap fillers. The combination of softness, high compressibility, and good
thermal conductivity result in a product with very low thermal resistance.
T-flex 400 is naturally tacky and for most applications does not need
an additional adhesive coating that can inhibit thermal performance.
T-flex 400 is electrically insulating, stable from -45°C to 200°C and
meets UL 94HB rating.

T-flex 400 may be die cut into individual shapes. Pressure sensitive adhesive is not applicable for T-flex products.
Boron Spray Coating: T-flex 400 is offered with Boron Nitride spray coating on one side to eliminate tackiness.
Indicate spray coating by suffix “-SC1”.
Reinforcement: Fiberglass is required in thicknesses from 0.020" (0.51mm) through 0.040" (1.02mm).
Thicknesses above 0.040" (1.02mm) do not require reinforcement.
