Description
The AS125-73 is a GaAs IC FET SPDT reflective s witch
in the SO T-6 plastic package f or commercial applications.
F or positive operation it requires a fix ed positiv e bias (VS)
on the J1line and DC blocks on all RF lines.This switch
can also be operated with complementary negative
voltage (no VSor bloc king caps required).The AS125-73
provides a lo w cost solution for IF s witching requirements
in dual-band and dual mode subscribers.
