DESCRIPTION
This Zener voltage regulator ser ies is mi l itary qu al ified to MIL-PRF-19500 /406 and is i deal for
high-r eliability appli cati ons wh ere a failure cannot be tolerated. Th ese indus try-recognized 1.5
watt Zener voltage regulators are hermetical ly sealed wi th void-less glass construction using
an internal metallurgical bond. It includes Zener sel ecti ons from 3.3 to 200 volts in standar d
5% tolerance. 1% and 2% tolerance versi ons are al so available. Mi crosemi al so o ffers
num er ous other Zener prod ucts to meet higher and lower pow e r r ati ngs in bo th t hru-hol e and
surface mount packages.
