Application Notes
Operate the sensor under the specifi ed maximum
per mis si ble electric power. Otherwise, it gen er ates
heat, which may cause malfunction and de te ri o ra tion
of its characteristics.
Resistance values of the sensor shall be measured
by the specifi ed measuring circuit, described in the
individual specifi cation.
Do not operate the sensor above the Operating
Tem per a ture Range.
When attaching the sensor with a screw, do not touch
the terminal area. Do not apply excessive torque and
pres sure when screwing, otherwise the product may
become damaged and malfunction.
The sensor may be damaged or deteriorated when
dropped or exposed to a large impact. Excessive
shock and impact shall not be applied.
