PAA110 is a 400V, 150mA, 22 dual normally open
(1-Form-A) optically isolated Solid State Relay. Its
efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use
IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s patented OptoMOS
architecture to provide 3750Vrms of input to output
isolation. The optically coupled output is controlled by
a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED
