DESCRIPTION
These “stan dard rec over y” high voltag e r ectifi er diode ser ies are mili tary quali fied to M IL-PRF-
19500/279 for the 1N3644 through 1N3647 part numbers. They are ideal for high voltage,
high-reliability applications wh ere a failure cannot be tolerated . These 0.10 and 0.25 Amp
rated r ecti fiers with worki ng peak reverse voltages from 1000 to 10,000 volts are hermeti cally
seal ed with voidless-glass constru ct ion.

Triple-layer passivation.
