These NTC Thermistor devices are designed for
suppressing inrush current to electronic circuits.Circuits
that contain components with PTC characteristics (such
as incandescent bulbs or coils) can experience inrush
current more than 100 times the normal current on
"power-up" when the circuit components are cold . The
Power thermistor prevents electronic equipment from
being damaged by limiting the inrush current to the
circuit.
