Quando montar o Temporizador no trilho de montagem, solte os
dois ganchos, pressione o Temporizador no trilho, e então insira
os ganchos.
Quando remover o Temporizador, retire os dois ganchos, e então
remova o Temporizador do Trilho.
Será mais fácil montar e desmontar o Temporizador se uma
distância de 30mm ou mais for fornecida entre a parte de baixo
do Temporizador e outro equipamento.
Fonte de Alimentação
A fonte de alimentação pode ser conectada aos terminais de
entrada de energia sem considerar a polaridade.
Uma fonte de alimentação DC pode ser conectada se seu fator
de onda for 20% ou menor, e a tensão média estiver dentro do
range de flutuação de tensão permitida do Temporizador.
O H3DKZ-H tem uma grande corrente de partida. Fornece
capacidade suficiente de fonte de alimentação. Se a capacidade
da fonte de alimentação for muito pequena, pode haver atrasos
para ligar a saída.
Ambiente
Quando utilizar o Temporizador em uma área com excesso de
ruído eletrônico, separe o Temporizador e o dispositivo de
entrada o mais afastado possível das fontes de ruído. Também é
recomendado proteger a fiação do sinal de entrada para evitar
interferência eletrônica.
A tensão impulsiva externa entrando pelos terminais foi verificada
contra uma forma de onda padrão de 1.2 50 µs de acordo com
o JEC-210, Tensão de Impulso/Teste de Corrente, do The
Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Surto ou ruído
sobreposto a fonte de alimentação pode danificar componentes
internos ou causar mau funcionamento. Recomendamos que
verifique a forma de onda do circuito e utilize amortecedores de
pico. Os efeitos nos componentes dependem do tipo de surto e
ruído que é gerado. Sempre realize testes com equipamento real.
Instalação
O H3DKZ-H age como um circuito de alta impedância. Portanto, o
Temporizador pode não reiniciar se influenciado por tensão indutiva.
Para eliminar tensão indutiva, os fios conectados ao Temporizador
devem ser o mais curto possível e não devem ser instalados paralelos
às linhas de energia. Se o Temporizador for influenciado por tensão
indutiva que é 30% ou mais de tensão nominal, conecte um filtro CR
com uma capacitância de aproximadamente 0.1 µF e uma resistência
de aproximadamente 120 Ωou resistor de sangria entre os terminais da
fonte.
Se houver qualquer tensão residual devido à fuga de corrente, conecte
um resistor de sangria entre os terminais da fonte.
Frequência de Operação
O H3DKZ-H pode mal funcionar se for usado como mostrado
abaixo.
Não utilize o H3DKZ-H destas maneiras.

Se o Temporizador for montado em um painel de controle, desmonte
o Temporizador do painel antes de fazer um teste de tensão entre
os circuitos elétricos e as peças não condutoras de corrente do
Temporizador. (De outra forma, os circuitos internos do
Temporizador podem ser danificado.)
O H3DKZ-H utiliza um relé de engate para a saída. Choque,,como
derrubar o H3DKZ-H durante envio ou manuseio, pode fazer com
que os contatos de saída revertam para a posição neutra. Verifique
o status da saída com um verificador antes de usar o H3DKZ-H.
A vida útil dos contatos de saída de controle é afetada por alterar as
condições. Sempre confirme a operação utilizando condições e
equipamentos reais antes de utilizar o Temporizador e tenha certeza
de que o número de operações de comutação não apresente
problemas no desempenho. Se a aplicação de Temporizador
continuar após a deterioração do desempenho, falha de isolamento
entre circuitos, queima do relé de saída de controle, ou outros
problemas podem ocorrer.
Se a tensão da fonte aumentar gradualmente, uma reinicialização da
energia pode ocorrer ou o Temporizador pode esgotar o tempo.
Utilize um interruptor, relé, ou outro dispositivo com contatos para
aplicar tensão da fonte toda de uma vez.
Certifique-se de que tensão residual ou tensão indutiva não é
aplicada após desligamento.
Erro no tempo de operação do Temporizador é dado como
porcentagem de um tempo de escala plena. O valor absoluto do erro
não mudará mesmo se o tempo configurado for mudado. Portanto,
sempre utilize o Temporizador com o tempo configurado o mais
próximo possível do valor da escala plena do range de tempo
configurado.
Quando comutar uma microcarga, verifique a carga mínima
especificada dada para o modelo de Temporizador que está
utilizando.
Quando configurar o tempo de operação, não mova o dial além do
range de escala.
Se melhor precisão for necessária no tempo configurado, ajuste o
dial enquanto estiver medindo o tempo de operação.
Se o Temporizador for reiniciado imediatamente após o tempo ser
esgotado, certifique-se de que a configuração do circuito permite
tempo de reconfiguração suficiente. Erros irão ocorrer na sequência
se não houver tempo de reconfiguração suficiente.
Quando alternar diretamente uma carga DC, a capacidade de
comutação será menor que comutar uma carga AC.
