Das Steuerteil 3RW29 20-1..05 ist ein Ersatzteil für das elektronische Motorsteuergerät 3RW22.

Austausch des Steuerteils

Eine sichere Gerätefunktion ist nur mit zertifizierten

Komponenten gewährleistet!

Schritt Vorgehensweise

1Schalten Sie das Gerät spannungsfrei.

2Lösen Sie die Steuerleitungen.

3Nehmen Sie das Steuerteil ab. Lösen Sie dazu 4 Schrauben (siehe

Betriebsanleitung 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, Kapitel 4.4, S. 21).

4Lösen Sie die Innenverdrahtung am Steuerteil.

5Montieren Sie das neue Steuerteil.

6Verbinden Sie die Eingänge IN1, IN2 und IN3 mit der Klemme OUT

L+DC 24 V (siehe Bild, Klemme 11).

7Stellen Sie DIL-Schalter 7 auf EIN.

8Legen Sie die Versorgungsspannung an —> die gerätespezifische LED-

Kombination leuchtet.

LED-Kombination einstellen:

Wählen Sie in Tabelle 1 anhand Ihrer Geräte-Bestellnummer die

einzustellende LED-Kombination (0 = LED aus; X = LED ein).

Stellen Sie diese LED-Kombination an der Unterseite des Geräts mit

einem Schraubendreher ein:

Durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bewegen Sie sich in der

Tabelle nach rechts; durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn bewegen Sie sich

in der Tabelle nach links. Die richtige Einstellung erhalten Sie, indem

Sie die nächsthöhere und die nächstniedrigere Einstellung suchen und

dann die Mittelstellung dazwischen einstellen.

11 Schalten Sie die Versorgungsspannung aus.

12 Schließen Sie die Steuerleitungen an.

13 Stellen Sie DIL-Schalter 7 auf AUS.

Schalten Sie die Versorgungsspannung ein —> das Steuerteil wird

entsprechend Ihrer Einstellung initialisiert; nach maximal 2 s leuchtet

LED 1 auf (= betriebsbereit).

The control electronics 3RW29 20-1..05 is a replacement part for the electronic motor control unit 3RW22.

Replacing the control electronics

Reliable functioning of the equipment is only ensured with

certified components.

Step Procedure

1Switch off the voltage supply to the unit.

2Disconnect the control lines.

3Remove the control electronics by undoing four screws, (see Operating

instructions 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, section 4.4, page 21).

4Disconnect the internal wiring of the control electronics.

5Mount the new control electronics.

6Connect inputs IN1, IN2 and IN3 with the terminal OUT L+DC 24 V (see

Fig., Terminal 11).

7Set DIL switch 7 to ON/EIN.

8Switch on the supply voltage again —> the specific LED combination

shines.

Set LED combination:

Look up the LED combination corresponding to the order number of your

unit in Table 1 (0 = LED off ; X = LED on).

Set this LED combination on the underside of the unit using a

screwdriver:

By turning the screwdriver counter-clockwise you are moving to the

right in the table; by turning the screwdriver clockwise you are moving

to the left in the table. To make the correct setting find the next highest

and the next lowest positions and then set the intermediate position.

11 Switch off the voltage supply.

12 Connect the control line.

13 Set DIL switch 7 to OFF.

14 Switch the voltage supply on —> the control electronics is initialized

with the setting you made; after up to 2 s, LED 1 (Ready) shines.

Le bloc de commande 3RW29 20-1..05 est une pièce de rechange pour l’appareil de commande électronique pour moteur 3RW22.

Remplacement du bloc de commande

Le fonctionnement sûr de l'appareil n'est garanti qu'avec des

composants certifiés !

Pas Procédure

1Mettre l’appareil hors tension.

2Débrancher les conducteurs de commande.

3Enlever le bloc de commande. Dévisser les 4 vis (voir les instructions

de service 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, chapitre 4.4, S. 21).

4Débrancher le câblage interne du bloc.

5Monter le nouveau bloc de commande.

6Relier les entrées IN1, IN2 et IN3 avec la borne OUT L+DC 24 V (voir

figure, borne 11).

7Placer l’interrupteur le disjoncteur DIL 7 sur ON.

8Appliquer la tension d’alimentation —> la combinaison LED spécifique

à l’appareil s’allume.

Régler la combinaison LED :

Sélectionner dans le tableau 1 à l’appui de votre numéro de référence

votre combinaison LED de réglage (0 = LED éteinte ; X = LED allumée).

Régler cette combinaison LED à la face inférieure de l’appareil au

moyen d’un tournevis :

En tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre, vous vous

déplacez vers la droite dans le tableau; dans le sens contraire, vous

vous déplacez vers la gauche. Vous obtiendrez un réglage exact en

cherchant le réglage suivant immédiatement supérieur et inférieur et

en revenant ensuite en arrière dans la position entre les deux.

11 Coupez ensuite la tension d’alimentation.

12 Raccorder les conducteurs de commande.

13 Placer l’interrupteur DIL 7 sur OFF.

Appliquer la tension d’alimentation —> Le bloc de commande est

initialisé selon votre réglage ; après 2 s maximum, la LED 1 s’allume

(= prêt au service).

La unidad de mando o control 3RW29 20-1..05 es un repuesto para la unidad electrónica de motor 3RW22.

Sustitución de la unidad de mando o control

El funcionamiento seguro del aparato sólo está garantizado

con componentes certificados.

Paso Procedimiento

1Aisle el aparato de la alimentación.

2Suelte los cables de control.

3Desmonte la unidad de control. Suelte para ello los 4 tornillos (ver

instrucciones 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, apt. 4.4, pág. 21).

4Suelte el cableado interior de la unidad de control.

5Monte la nueva unidad de control.

6Une las entradas IN1, IN2 e IN3 con el borne OUT L+DC 24 V (ver Fig.,

borne 11).

7Ajuste a EIN/START el interruptor DIL 7.

8Aplique la tensión de alimentación --> con ello luce la combinación de

LEDs específica del aparato.

Ajustar combinación de LEDs:

e acuerdo a la referencia, seleccione en la tabla 1 la combinación de

LEDs a ajustar (0 = LED apagado; X = LED encendido).

Utilizando un destornillador, ajuste esta combinación de LEDs en el

lado inferior del aparato:

Girando en sentido horario es posible desplazarse a la derecha por la

tabla; girnado en sentido antihorario es posible desplazarse hacia la

izquierda por la tabla. El ajuste correcto resulta tras buscar las

siguientes posiciones más alta y más baja y ajustar entonces la

posición intermedia entre ambas.

11 Desconecte la tensión de alimentación.

12 Conecte los cables de control.

13 Ajuste a AUS/STOP el interruptor DIL 7.

Conecte la tensión de alimentación —> se inicializa la unidad de

control de acuerdo a los ajustes realizados; tras como máx. 2 s luce el

LED 1 (= señaliza "listo").

L’elettronica di controllo 3RW29 20-1..05 è una parte di ricambio per l’apparecchio di comando motore elettronico 3RW22.

Sostituzione dell’elettronica di controllo

Il funzionamento sicuro dell'apparecchio viene garantito sol-

tanto con componenti certificati!

Passo Operazione

1Scollegare la tensione dell’apparecchio.

2Allentare il fissaggio dei conduttori di comando.

3Estrarre l’elettronica di controllo. Per questo togliere le 4 viti (vedi le

istruzioni di servizio 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, capitolo 4.4, pag. 21).

4Togliere il cablaggio interno sull’elettronica di comando.

5Montare la nuova elettronica di controllo.

6Collegare gli ingressi IN1, IN2 e IN3 con il morsetto OUT L+DC 24 V

(vedi figura, morsetto 11).

7Impostare l’interruttore DIL 7 su ON.

8Collegare la tensione di alimentazione --> la combinazione di LED

specifica dell’apparecchio si accende.

Impostare la combinazione di LED:

Sulla base del numero di ordinazione dell’apparecchio scegliere nella

tabella 1 la combinazione di LED da impostare (0 = LED Off; X = LED

On).

Impostare questa combinazione di LED sulla parte inferiore

dell’apparecchio utilizzando un cacciavite.

Ruotando in senso antiorario ci si muove nella tabella verso destra;

ruotando in senso orario ci si muove nella tabella verso sinistra.

L’impostazione corretta si ottiene cercando le impostazioni superiore e

inferiore adiacenti ed impostando la posizione intermedia.

11 Disinserire la tensione di alimentazione.

12 Collegare i conduttori di comando.

13 Impostare l’interruttore DIL 7 su OFF.

Inserire la tensione di alimentazione —> l’elettronica di controllo

viene inizializzata corrispondentemente alle impostazioni effettuate;

dopo max. 2 s il LED 1 si accende (= pronto per il funzionamento).

O componente de comando 3RW29 20-1..05 é uma peça de reposição para o disp. eletrônico de comando do motor 3RW22.

Substituição do componente de comando

O funcionamento seguro do aparelho apenas pode ser

garantido se forem utilizados os componentes certificados!

Passo Procedimento

1Ligue o aparelho isento de tensões (desenergizado).

2Desaperte as fiações de comando.

3Retire o componente de comando. Desaperte para isso 4 parafusos

(vide manual de serviços 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, cap. 4.4, S. 21).

4Desaperte a cablagem interna no componente de comando.

5Monte o novo componente de comando.

6Ligue as entradas IN1, IN2 e IN3 com o borne OUT L+DC 24 V (veja

figura, borne 11).

7Ajuste as chaves DIL 7 em LIGAR.

8Proceda à conexão da tensão de alimentação —> a combinação

específica de LED do dispositivo é iluminada.

Ajustar combinação LED:

Selecione na tabela 1, através do n.º de enc. do seu dispositivo, a

combinação LED que deve ser ajustada (0 = LED desl.; X = LED lig.).

Ajuste a combinação LED na parte inferior do dispositivo com uma

chave de parafusos:

Com revoluções no sentido oposto ao dos ponteiro do relógio você

percorre a tabela para a direita; com revoluções no sentido dos

ponteiros do relógio você percorre a tabela para a esquerda. Para obter

um ajuste mais exato deve tentar ajustar o ponto central entre o ponto

superior e inferior mais próximo.

11 Desligue a tensão de alimentação.

12 Proceda à conexão das fiações de comando.

13 Ajuste as chaves DIL 7 em DESLIGAR.

Ligue a tensão de alimentação —> o componente de comando é

inicializado conforme o seu ajuste; após máx. 2 s a LED 1 é iluminada

(= operacional).
