1. Product profile
1.1 General description
Planar p assivated hig h commutation three qua drant tria c in a SOT18 6A "full pack" plastic
package. This triac is intended for use in motor control circu i ts where very high blo cking
voltage, hi gh static and dynamic dV/dt as well as high dIcom/dt can occur. This "series C"
triac will commutate the full rated RMS current at the maximum rated junction temperature
without the aid of a snubber.
