The Austin MicroLynxTM II 12V SMT power modules are
non-isolated dc-dc converters that can deliver up to 6A
of output current with full load efficiency of 89% at 3.3V
output. These modules provide a precisely regulated
output voltage ranging from 0.75Vdc to 5.0Vdc,
programmable via an external resistor over a wide input
voltage range of 8.3Vdc to 14Vdc. The Austin
MicroLynxTM II has a sequencing feature that enables
designers to implement various types of output voltage
sequencing when powering multiple voltages on a
board. The open-frame construction and small footprint
enables designers to develop cost- and space-efficient
solutions. In addition to sequencing, features include
remote On/Off, output voltage adjustment, over
temperature and over current protection.
