The PAM10ST2324C is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array, designed for automove applicaons that provide
protecon against ESD, terary lightning and switching transients. This device oers low clamping voltage for the
protecon of sensive interfaces.
The PAM10ST2324C has a peak pulse power of 500 Was for an 8/20µs waveshape and is available in a bidireconal
conguraon. This device meets the IEC 61000-4-2, 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.
