After applying rated working voltage for 1000 hours (08×6.2), 2000 hours (08×10.2<) at +125 °C±2 °C and then
being stabilized at +20 °C, capacitors shall meet the following limits.
Capacitance change ±30 % of initial measured value (code U : ±35 %)
tan d< 300 % of initial speci ed value (code U : ±350 %)
DC leakage current < initial specifi ed value
Shelf Life After storage for 1000 hours at +125 °C±2 °C with no voltage applied and then being stabilized
at +20 °C, capacitors shall meet the limits speci ed in Endurance (With voltage treatment)

After refl ow soldering and then being stabilized at +20 °C, capacitors shall meet the following limits.
