EachOPI125,OPI126,OPI127andOPI128consistsofanopcallycoupledisolatorwithagalliumarsenideinfraredeming
diodecoupledtoamonolithicintegratedcircuit.Thiscircuitincorporatesaphotodiode,alinearamplierandaSchmi
triggeronasinglesiliconchip.Formaximumlongtermstability,boththediodeandthePhotologic®sensorare
hermecallysealedinseparatepackagesandthenmountedinahighdielectricplaschousing.
ThesedevicesfeatureTTL/LSTTLcompablelogicleveloutputthatcandriveupto8TTLloadsdirectlywithoutaddional
circuitry.Alsofeaturedaremediumspeeddataratesto250KBit/s,withtypicalriseandfallmesof70nanoseconds.*UL
recognionisfor15KVDCto100°C.
