PC-500SERIES
•High Corrosion Resistance: As materials in contact with media, housing is made
by teflon (PTFE), and diaphragm is treated by teflon coating. As coating methoed,
after TEF is applied on the diaphragm as base-coating, PFA is applied in triple.
This coating provides excellent protection from high corrosive media.
•Wide Pressure Range: From 25 PSIG(-0.4to 1.75kgs.) to 200PSIG(-1 to 14kgs.)
ranges.
•High Accuracy And High Reliability: ±0.25 span from best fit straight line
including effects of non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability.
•Wide Temperature Range: Operating temperature from -57'C to +93'C.
Compensated temperature/from -1'C to +71'C.
Pureron Chemical Pressure Transducer PC-500 Series is a high accurate (0.25% in full scale)
pressure transducer for chemicals. They are suitable for corrosive media such as pure water,
steam, acids/ alkalines, solvents, chemicals at the semiconductor industry, pharmaceuitical
industry and food industry.
As the diaphragm of the sensor in contact with media is treated by teflon coating of 0.1 mm
thickness and the housing in contact with media is made by teflon (PTFE), they can be used with a
wide variety of corrosive media.
